Marketing Plan
This website has been set up with a view to present our project. This is a scholar project for our course of Marketing Management of the universitair professor Jean-Pierre Baeyens.
Our team is composed of 4 bachelor students of the Solvay Brussels School at the ULB.
Our project consists on establishing a marketing plan concerning the products of the company MyKronoz.
Our problematic is to elaborate a trategy relying on targeting and positioning statements. Should the company cover all the market or just a niche?
To resolve this problematic, we did research about the market of smartwatches and wearable devices to base our reasonnements on data and facts.
